We offer a TRY BEFORE YOU BUY service on all of our PICKLEBALL PADDLES. Whether you are local to our HOVE store or hundreds of miles away in the UK you can demo the latest PICKLEBALL PADDLES with us!
STEP 1.
Whether you need advice or know the paddles you wish to try, simply contact our specialist team by completing the form below.
HOVE STORE: You can try up to 2 paddles at any one time, we charge £10 per paddle and this fee is refundable when you purchase a pickleball paddle from us.
ONLINE: You can try 2 paddles at a time, we charge the full retail price for EACH demo paddle plus a £20 demo charge per frame plus a non refundable £10 postage fee.
* Please note RACKET DEMO CHARGE of £10 per frame or £20 (online) is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not purchase a pickleball paddle from Nick Rivett Sport
STEP 2.
Lets get your rackets ready for you!
HOVE STORE: We allow up to 3 days for you to pop in to collect and pay for your demo rackets.
ONLINE: We will send you an web cart to complete your demo racket transaction. Once payment is received we will ship your demo rackets via 24hr TRACKED service
STEP 3.
Test Test Test
Enjoy testing the demo paddles for 7 days.
STEP 4.
Buy or try some more
HOVE STORE: After 7 days pop in and lets discuss how you found the paddles. Should you wish to purchase a paddle racket we deduct the £20 demo charges from your transaction.
If the paddle you have selected is out of stock, you can keep our demo racket to play with until your new paddle racket arrives. If you still cant decide on a racket, then lets discuss further and try some more!
ONLINE: After 7 days simply drop us a line to discuss how you found the paddles. Once we have a plan, simply return the paddles to us in the despatch packaging using our FREE RETURNS LABEL. If you wish to purchase a paddle racket, we will refund the demo charges from your transaction, and ship your new paddle to you via 24hr TRACKED SERVICE.
Useful Information
* RACKET DEMO CHARGE of £10 per paddle or £20 (online) is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not purchase a paddle from Nick Rivett Sport *Demo charges (£10 per frame) must be paid by card only we do not accept cash for demo charges.
*Late return of paddles result in a £10.00 per day late charge.
*If you are more than 7 days late returning the racket and we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to charge your payment card with the full value price of all paddles you have loaned.
Please note our demo paddles are constantly in use by customers so if there are particular paddle you are wanting to try we highly recommend you call ahead to ensure we have the it/them available.
Rackets are to be returned in GOOD condition and will be thoroughly inspected on return, if there is any sign of mis-use or damage we reserve the right to charge MORE than the £30 demo fee or refuse to return the full price of the racket based on the damage caused.
