We offer a TRY BEFORE YOU BUY service on all of our PADEL RACKETS. You can demo the latest PADEL RACKETS rackets with us!
STEP 1.
Whether you need advice or know the padels you wish to try, simply contact our specialist team by completing the form below.
HOVE STORE: You can try up to 2 padels at any one time, we charge £15 per padel and this fee is refundable when you purchase a padel racket from us.
* Please note RACKET DEMO CHARGE of £15 per frame is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not purchase a racket from Nick Rivett Sport
STEP 2.
Lets get your rackets ready for you!
HOVE STORE: We allow up to 3 days for you to pop in to collect and pay for your demo rackets.
STEP 3.
Test Test Test
Enjoy testing the demo padels for 7 days in the comfort of your club.
STEP 4.
Buy or try some more
HOVE STORE: After 7 days pop in and let's discuss how you found the padel rackets. Should you wish to purchase a padel racket we deduct the demo charges from your transaction.
If the padel you have selected is out of stock, you can keep our demo racket to play with until your new padel racket arrives. If you still cant decide on a racket, then lets discuss further and try some more!
Useful Information
* RACKET DEMO CHARGE of £15 per frame or £20 (online) is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not purchase a racket from Nick Rivett Sport *Racket demo charges (£15 per frame) must be paid by card only we do not accept cash for demo charges.
*Late return of rackets result in a £10.00 per day late charge.
*If you are more than 7 days late returning the racket and we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to charge your payment card with the full value price of all rackets you have loaned.
Please note our demo frames are constantly in use by customers so if there are particular frames you are wanting to try we highly recommend you call ahead to ensure we have the frames available.
Please note you (the customer) is liable for any damage to the demo padel rackets and we reserve the right to charge you for the full retail value of the padel racket.
Rackets are to be returned in the condition they were loaned out in. The padel rackets will be thoroughly inspected on return, if there is any sign of mis-use or damage we reserve the right to charge the full retail price of the padel racket.
