We offer a very popular TRY BEFORE YOU BUY service for all latest tennis frames. Our racket demo service is perfect if you are unsure of what racket is best for your game or if your game is changing and your racket is holding you back!

Simply speak to a member of our skilled team who, based on the information you give regarding your gameplay will match you the most appropriate rackets in terms of weight, head size & gameplay for you.

You can take a maximum of 3 frames at any one time, we charge a £15 non-refundable fee per frame and you are able to trial the rackets in the comfort of your own club for up to 1 week (7 days). 

This charge is non-refundable but will be deducted from any racket you subsequently purchase from Nick Rivett Sport. 

*Racket demo charges (£15 per frame) must be paid by card only we do not accept cash for demo charges.
*Late return of rackets result in a £2.50 per day late charge.
*If you are more than 7 days late returning the racket and we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to charge your payment card with the full value price of all rackets you have loaned.

 Please note our demo frames are constantly in use by customers so if there are particular frames you are wanting to try we highly recommend you call ahead to ensure we have the frames available. 

ONLINE TENNIS RACKET DEMO SERVICE

Our online demo racket service allows you to demo rackets with us wherever you live in the UK.

If you are keen to use our online demo service please do jump on live chat to speak to a member of our team or email our store via our online contact form or alternatively call our store on 01273 781780 to discuss the frames you wish to demo. Once you have selected the frames to demo, we will email you a web cart to complete your transaction (or take payment over the phone) once payment is received demo's will be shipped via 24 hr tracked service.

A little more on how our demo service works:

We charge the full retail price for EACH demo racket frame plus a non refundable £20 demo charge per frame plus a non refundable £10 postage fee, this equates to a £30 total charge on each demo option. All demo's come pre-strung however if you wish for the frame to be strung in a particular string, this can be arranged for the additional charge of chosen string.

A maximum of 2 demo frames can be ordered at any one time. The demo frames can be kept for 7 days from receipt and all frames will be despatched via 24 hour tracked shipping service so we can track arrival date. The demo frames will be despatched same day (if ordered before 12 noon) or the next working day (apart from weekends) if ordered after 12 noon. We use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked postage. 

If you don’t wish to purchase a racket following the trial please simply return them in the same condition you received them in (please be aware we do keep a photographic record of the condition each demo frame is sent to each customer) within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the full racket retail price minus the £30 demo charge fee per frame (and the stringing charge per frame if required). To return your frames please return them in the protective packaging they were sent to you in ensuring they are packed well and will not get damaged as we can not give a full refund if there is any sign of damage. Then download a FREE returns label from our website and drop the parcel to your local post office.

If you choose to purchase one or more of the frames, please return the frames as per instructions above using our FREE returns service and ensuring the demo frames are securely packaged. On receipt of the demo frames and after full quality inspection we will contact you to discuss any additional stringing requirements of the frame you wish to purchase (stringing will incur a stringing charge which we will send you an online cart for payment) we will refund the £20 demo charge per frame. We will not refund any additional stringing charges incurred from having the demo's strung to a particular string requirement or postage. Your new frame will then be shipped using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service.

Rackets are to be returned in GOOD condition and will be thoroughly inspected on return, if there is any sign of mis-use or damage we reserve the right to charge MORE than the £30 demo fee or refuse to return the full price of the racket based on the damage caused.

PADEL DEMO SERVICE 

We also offer a try before you buy for all of our PADEL rackets, you can take a frame for 7 days. You can take a maximum of 2 frames at any one time, we charge a £10 non-refundable fee per frame and you are able to trial the rackets in the comfort of your own club for up to 1 week (7 days).
