Set up a Virtual Shoe Fit with one of our knowledgable team members and get on your way knowing you've selected the right shoes.

HOW A VIRTUAL SHOE FIT WORKS
Plan to spend 15-30 minutes for your shoe fit. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for along with other relevant details, such as past injuries, orthotic use, etc.
Please make sure your feet are bare and that you have about 10 feet of walking distance (where we will ideally be able to see you walk) and also have your current shoes within reach.
Following our in-depth conversation we will then select shoe options relevant to you explaining WHY, we will then email you our web links to the shoes so you can look at in more detail and purchase.
We can of course ship your shoes via ROYAL MAIL TRACKED, or you can click and collect in store or of-course we can home deliver for FREE within Brighton + Hove.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEW SHOES
Try your new shoes once you get them. We can arrange for a video or phone call if you have further questions. Common topics that we may be able to address include:
- Amount of space in front of your toes
- Proper orthotic or over-the-counter insole fitting
- Proper lacing
- Shoe lifespan
IF YOUR NEW SHOES AREN'T RIGHT
Our goal is to make you feel confident about your shoe selection and customer satisfaction is everything to us.
If you’re not satisfied and have concerns with your purchase, contact us and we will happily find another shoe for you. Our team is committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please give at least 24hr notice to cancel an appointment, you can either log into your Nick Rivett Sport account via our website to cancel your appointment or give us a call in store or contact us via our contact page.
