The main things we hold in highest regard in the shop are customer service/experience and product knowledge. Any retailer, both online and high street can tell you exactly what the sales rep has told them about the products they stock. It’s simple and it adds no value to you as as a customer as everything is marketed, hyped and AMAZING. When you dig a bit deeper you realise the reviewer hasn’t actually got personal knowledge of their products.....This isn’t our view. Did you know we product test every single racket and all shoes before we bring it to you. That allows us to give you a detailed personal unbiased view not only on one product but how they perform against another and the benefits and disadvantages. Fine you can google and watch vlogs but they aren’t interactive so much, you can’t chat in real time to someone you consider an on-line specialist. And on that, do you ever ask yourself How qualified is he/she to give you an opinion. Why would you agree with him/her - do they know you, have they asked you any questions. We are proud to know our stuff and we are even more proud to be trying to marry up our instore real world service with our website that will allow us all to interact so you can get a 2 way conversation with us from your phone/computer and in store .
